Duty to report 

There is a duty to report all incidents of suspected, observed, or disclosed abuse to your nearest Ministry of Social Services office, First Nations Child and Family Services Agency or local police/RCMP. The abuse of minors is illegal.  If you, or someone you know suspects that abuse is being perpetrated against someone under the age of 18, you must report it to the authorities.
